Eligibility for Replacement:

- Item must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:
- Used products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging

Replacement Process:
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide further instructions.

Refund Policy:
